Few small patches of grassland spread across in the valley. Icy, but freshwater, straight from the glaciers, flow right next to you. Majestic and peaceful gompas and monasteries stand in pride atop the barren mountains. The sky so blue; And the cotton-like clouds so white, float in the sky, kissing the snow-covered peaks in the distance. No, all this is not a dream, but the land of Ladakh. You have to be there to feel it.

A) 18,000/- Per Person (Excluding Bikes & Fuel) Riders can come with their own Bikes Minimum Displacement 180cc.

B) 32,000/- Per person (Including Bikes Royal Enfield 350cc & Fuel)

C) 27,000/- Per Person (Including Bikes Royal Enfield 350cc & Fuel on Sharing Basis)

D) 30,000/- Per Person* (Innova) *Minimum 4 Person required

We also arrange BIKE TOUR for Groups according to the Clients Date

Add Ons:

• Upgrade to 500 CC @ Rs.3000/- Per Bike(If Sharing then Rs.1500 Per Person) – Subject to availability
• Upgrade to Himalayan Bike @Rs.8000/- Per Bike(If Sharing then Rs.4000 Per Person) – Subject to availability
• Stay on single occupancy @ Rs. 15,500/-(In case you do not want to share a room on double/triple occupancy)
• Stay on Double occupancy @ Rs. 8000/- (In case you do not want to share a room on triple occupancy)
• Gum Boots @ Rs.400 on rent for the entire trip
• Return Volvo tickets from Delhi-Manali-Delhi @ Rs. 2500/- Per Person.

Things to carry for Bike Trip to Ladakh

1. 2 Copies of this itinerary
2. 100% Payment confirmation voucher for the trip. If any pending balances then it needs to be paid in cash.
3. At least two Copies of Photo IDs for all members and 2 passport size photos
4. Mobile & Mobile Charger, Power bank. No Networks are available during Manali Leh Srinagar Highway. Limited connectivity in Leh. No connectivity in Ladakh-Nubra/Pangong/Shyam Valley
5. Riders Down Jacket, Lower, ankle-length Waterproof shoes with the good grip and thick sole, gumboots.
6. Riding Gloves, Cap, Muffler, balaclava, socks woolen and cotton 5-6 pairs, Elastic Bungee to tie stuff on motorcycle if required
7. Knee and elbow guard for Rider & Pillion
8. One 60 Ltr Backpack with rain cover.
9. UV Suncglasses for bike riding/Extra spectacles with cover if you wear one
10. Torch and Swiss Knife and small oxygen cylinder
11. Hand Sanitizer (Dettol, Lifebuoy) – Recommended
12. Small water bottle, 1 Ltr
13. Chocolates, toffees, chips, chewing gums, mouth freshener, dry fruits etc.
14. Tooth Brush, Tooth Paste
15. Shampoo Pouches according to the schedule or a small shampoo bottle
16. Tissue Papers, Hair Oil, Moisturizing Cream
17. Lip Guard, Digital Thermometer (Optional)

19. Heavy Woolen Clothing including woolen socks (Severe Cold / Snow)

Medicines :

1. Diamox (Acetazolamide) – Used as a prophylactic for acute mountain sickness and as an aid for acclimatization.
2. Crocin Pain Relief – Relief from pain/ache and fever.
3. Brufen (400mg) – Relief from mild to severe body pain.
4. Entroquinol – Relief from Diarrhea (Mild).
5. Streptsils Lozenges – Chewable tablets for a sore throat.
6. Relispray – Ayurvedic spray for aches and sprains.
7. Lip Guard

P.S-Take necessary instructions from your family doctor before taking any of the above-mentioned tablets.

IMPORTANT POINTS FOR MOTORBIKE TOURS IN LADAKH:

1. Please bring your own USB Pen drive of 32 GB for videos and images clicked by the fellow riders and share among the group
2. Kindly inform your family and friends about the itinerary as the Mobile Network doesn’t work in most of the area. Prepaid Mobile Sim Network won’t work in J & K. Postpaid Airtel and BSNL network may work in city limits of Manali and Leh.
3. We require minimum strength of 6 riders to operate one group.
4. We have the right to cancel the group if we do not get minimum strength of riders in any group.
5. If there is any additional expenses due to bad weather or any other reason beyond the control of the tour operator on account of hotel stay, transportation, and meals etc. extra bill will be raised. Neither Adventure Phunk nor the participating suppliers/hotels will be responsible for the additional expenses.
6. We have the right to change the dates of departure within 15 days of a given date to you
7. Adventure Phunk is not responsible for any change in itinerary due to reasons beyond our control like change in flight and train schedule, cancellation of flights/trains, political disturbances, natural phenomenon, etc
8. We are not covered for any kind of insurance. Adventure Phunk or any of its service providers would not be liable in any case for any mishap/ loss etc. Who is doing this trip is entirely at his own risk
9. We will provide 350cc Enfield as per itinerary.  Upgrade to 500 CC is available at Rs.5,000/- Per Bike or Himalayan Rs.8,000/- subject to availability.
10. At the start of the tour, you have to deposit cash refundable security/ damage deposit of Rs 10000/- per bike at our head office New Delhi or Branch office at Manali or Leh or Srinagar
11. Damage of bike/Helmet during the tour would have to be paid by the guest
12. Driving License is mandatory for the rider
13. Group members would have to get their own riding gears. Wearing a helmet is mandatory
14. If we do not get minimum strength i.e. 6 riders in a group then we have the right to cancel the group at any time
15. We have the right to change the itinerary during the time of tour as per current situation like strike, natural disaster, local union regulations. The alternate arrangement shall be made and No amount will be refunded in this case.
16. If any group member wants to leave group in-between the tour then he/she has to pay the cost for transportation of bike from point of leaving the tour till Manali/Srinagar/Leh drop ie Rs.10,000/-
17. We advise to our all guest to carry their ID proof along with him/ her during his/ her tour to
18. Before starting the tour all riders and pillion have to fill risk form in Leh/Manali/Srinagar
19. For any minor or big damage in motorbike, we do not claim from the insurance company. It is the guest’s responsibility to whom we have allotted the bike to give full amount for damage in motorbike
20. All guests will be responsible for the safety and security of their own luggage. We will not be at all responsible for the damage/missing / lost luggage. So carry a small daypack bags to carry all expensive things with you.
21. Compensation for any damage/accident done by you during the tour to other property/person would be directly payable by you.
22. Alcohol is strictly prohibited during the trip.
23. You are advised to bring 1 rucksack of 60 Liters which will be carried in a support vehicle. You will get your rucksack at the destination.
24. Finally, don’t get worried about the terms too much – these are just to cover for the worst-case scenarios.

Cancellation Policy:

Note: Normally we expect to carry your personal luggage on your own if you don’t want to carry your backpack so you can give it to porter/Mules, but you have to inform us in advance and have to pay Rs.800/- extra per day per bag.

To book a Trek/ adventure program please use our online booking form or, alternatively, you can call us on the given for confirmation of tour you have to wire a deposit and initial deposit.

Paying the Trek/ Adventure activity fee:

The fee can be paid by online transfer/check deposit/ demand draft. Instruction for payment will be forwarded along with your confirmation email.
When your transfer is done, please e-mail us a confirmation mail with your transfer details, so that we can follow up your reservation efficiently.

When to book:

It is wise to make your booking at least two months in advance. However, if you want a good deal on your domestic/international flight, we recommend organizing your trip at least five months in advance. (Please contact us if you require a late booking)

In the event of cancellation of trek/adventure activity services due to any avoidable/unavoidable reasons, we must be notified of the same in writing. Cancellation charges will be effective from the date we receive advice in writing, and cancellation charges would be as follows: –

Cancellation charges: – 

• 30 days or more before departure – No Charge
• 15-29 days before departure – 25% of total
• 7-14 days before departure – 50% of total
• Less than 7 days before departure – No Refund

The Company reserves the right to:

• Take the booking for the group tour and individual tour.
• Cancel bookings even after the acceptance of the payment without assigning any reason. In this case, the company shall refund the money to the guest.
• Dismiss any guest from the tour for misbehaviour especially if it affects the group and Physical or verbal assault to the Tour Manager.
• Withdraw discounts at any point of time.
• Change the routing of Air Travel.
• Change hotel and/tour programmed due to unavoidable circumstances.

Refund Policy:

• Refunds if any, for variation/modification/amendments/alteration and/or cancellations etc. of any tour will be paid directly to the guest by ‘A/C payee’ cheque, in Indian Rupees at the prevailing rate of exchange on the date of the cheque, as per Reserve Bank of India Rules and Regulations, irrespective of whether the tour payments in part or whole were made in foreign currency.
• Refund payments will be processed within 15 days of cancellation date and the amount is payable as per cancellation policy.

No refund will be payable: –

• For any missed/unused services of the tour including the meals due to whatsoever reason.
• Where full deposit is required to be paid in advance to the concerned authorities to enable the Company to confirm the reservation
• If services of the tour are modified, varied, amended, cancelled or not utilized.
• If any guest decides and/or is required to cancel the tour due to any changes made in the rules by the concerned Government.
• Where airfares are contracted in bulk for I-Fly departures.
• If the tour is indefinitely postponed due to a natural calamity, riots, political calamities or any other unforeseen calamities.
• Refund is not applicable for sectors on Indian/World tours wherein air tickets are non-refundable and date change is not allowed.

For all Card payments – Payment received by Cards and if there is any refund, such refund will be done through the respective cards Financial Institutions and credited to the same card. The charges for transaction to be borne by the guests.

What happens after you book?

• Receive Holiday confirmation voucher within 24 hours.
• Review travel dates, destination etc. in the confirmation voucher.
• In case of discrepancy mail us / call us with your Booking ID at adventurephunk@gmail.com

Changes in pre-defined tour program:

• Kindly intimate the booking person in advance for any amendment in tour program so that the necessary arrangements can be made.
• As per the amendments, additional charges would be applicable.
• In case of visa denial or delays adventurephunk.com will not be responsible.
